FL050 – Folder with two 5″ straight pockets glued both sides- multiple slits

Two-panel letter size (9″x12″) presentation folder with two large straight 5″ pockets with a set of standard off centered horizontal business card slits on the right pocket as well as a document slit on top of  it. On the left pocket another set of vertical business card slits and another document slit beside it. The two pockets are glued on both sides as well as there are three expansion creases in the middle of the folder.
